- We seek to promote the development of local, northern acclimated bees and queens from colonies established throughout the Greater Penn Yan region of upstate New York and the Central Finger Lakes. Our bees and queens are selected for and well adapted to the region's seasonal cycles, weather conditions, forage (native, ornamental and agricultural), pests and diseases.
- We strive to foster beekeepers' interest in the establishment and proliferation of local, northern acclimated bees through applying best practices in beekeeping, continued learning and a group support network.
